Health and Wellbeing Grant


Derbyshire Voluntary Action has awarded WORTH a grant to support projects promoting good health and wellbeing practices.


The £1,500 grant will help fund a Nature and Wellbeing project for women supported by WORTH. Spending time in the outdoors regularly is known to have many benefits for mental health and healing.





The project will focus on 5 steps to mental wellbeing and encouraging the women to develop good habits to help them on their healing journey.

1. Connecting with other people

2. Being physically active

3. Learning new skills

4. Giving to others

5. Noticing the present moment
