Art & Wellbeing


The use of art as therapy has huge benefits to health and well-being. It provides a way for people to express themselves without necessarily using words. It helps with confidence building, promoting social interactions, encouraging empowerment and improving mental, emotional and spiritual states. 

At the moment WORTH offers art sessions to small groups of women. The sessions offer a safe environment where women in similar situations can build friendships and have space to relax.
