M.A.P
Midset Activities Programme is a 26-week programme designed to support the children and young people affected by living in homes where domestic abuse is present.

Many children struggle with processing and decision making, especially when stressed, going through puberty, and facing peer pressure and pressure from ever-changing social expectations.

M.A.P is designed to help children and adolescents find identity, learn self-management techniques and develop mental attributes to form positive self-image, self-esteem and confidence to state their needs and feelings and express who they are.

The structured sessions are tailored to meet individual needs; assisting in developing listening and communication skills, addressing anger management issues and helping children and teens to deal with the consequences of their actions.

It is designed to equip each person with the necessary resilience, social and life skills to manage the issues that confront them and empower them to achieve their potential.
