Self Defence

WORTH alongside Elemental Academy have developed a specific self defence programme to support women affected by domestic abuse. 

This is 17 week programme that focus' on empowering women and giving them the tools they may need to protect themselves. We also focus on bringing awareness to the women of options they have when in challenging situations and the various environments they may find themselves in. 

At the end of the 17 weeks they will receive an inhouse certificate and belt.
